 The estate spread over a single piece of 8 hectares of hilly land, among vineyards and meadows, and sour wild black cherry trees that shade in a forest of oaks where it's easy to meet hares, pheasants and wild boar, in observance of the nature.
In the heart of the estate there is a small village of stones and bricks houses newly renovated where, in two different buildings, has been made a Farm, a cosy Meditation Centre and Ayurvedic Center.
The farm has 6 large bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and two work halls , for massages and individual therapy.
 On the ground floor a modern kitchen and two spacious dining rooms with fireplace and tables for large groups, large covered porches and verandas summer. You can also use the full service board with vegetarian cooking.
A proper structure accepts the Meditation Room, perfect for each type of work with the subtle energies, static and dynamic meditation and musical events.
The hall, first floor, can hold a working group of thirty people and was renovated with natural materials and wooden floors, large windows that overlook the surrounding hills.
On the ground floor of that building there is the "Studi Ayurvedici Center" that pursue the goals of psychophysical welfare of Ayurveda: restoring a healthy balance between body and soul spirit.
